Chicago Police Shoots Dog in front of Owner

Good morning everybody, 
I was tuned into the news yesterday and the this story just caught my attention.
Police officer shoots 7 month old puppy in front of owner while issuing a ticket. This is just insane, thank god the poor little puppy will live.

Message to police officer: 

I feel like you wanted to show that you were in control, but shooting a puppy of no harm is just utterly ridiculous. Something needs to be done.

This story is just utterly ridiculous.

You stabbed your 55yr old boyfriend for watching television with another woman.
I can not say this enough Violence is not the answer. Now your facing charges because of a stupid choice. My heart goes out to the boyfriend. No human being should result to violence because they are mad. I just hope and pray that wasn't a relative of the boyfriend.

 Jovan shot and killed the mother of his 3 month old child, because she came in late from the Trey Songz concert. Link added below:

This is such a terrible tragedy, No one will every know exactly what Jovan was going through. I pray for his family and a special prayer to his 3 month old daughter. No child of man kind deserves to be without a parent, let alone both parents.

I  can only imagine what grandmother is going through while trying to be strong for her grand baby. I know a lot of questions have been raised, many will go unanswered. But staying strong in this moment will get you through.

Although your hearts are filled with pain and the big question WHY?, just remember that god has a purpose and some we may never understand. Just please please please love that baby girl unconditionally.

Message to the Perkins family:

 I can't begin to explain why a child of god would do something so horrible to another. Especially to the mother of his child. Although you may never get the real story, just continue to stay strong for the baby.

I lost a child my baby girl, although it still hurts and I will never forget her.

Don't you just hate it when, WAMMM . Right in the middle of a long weekend you get sick. Not just any old sick but, that's right you guessed it. The Flu. I believe I may have contracted virus when I went out to shop on Black Friday, trying to get all those good deals.

Did any of you go Black Friday shopping?

 I went to Kmart, O how I just love the sound of Layaway. Yep, that's right I said that too. Layaway! I'm a mother of 3 and trust me, if you can find a great quality store that offers layaway. Then you are winning.  

I scored a lot of great items. Would like to have gotten a big screen but hey, can't win them all.

Sooo, here it is Tuesday, and I have been in bed since Sunday. This Flu is really kicking my toosh.On the flip side of that, I spent a lot of time surfing the web. Found some coupons, played some really great games, and got a lot of resourceful information as well. Remember my girls are opening up there own business, By Kids Crafts. Whoop Whoop.....

Building Up

Morning Bloggers,

             Just a couple of months ago, my kids told me that they wanted to start there own little business. I thought wow, that's something huge to come from such little people. I told them okay, if you want to start your own business, you are going to have to show me. They began picking up little extra tasks around the house. Showing their commitment. I thought to myself this isn't going to last. Holding up my end of the bargin. I then started looking for supplies and began ordering beads. They always like creating little things to wear for fashion.

After a couple of days, the order finally arrived. The girls got to it right away. The little trinkets were turning out beautifully. I said to them "if you guys are serious you need a name." By Kids Crafts, is what they came up with. Their little minds became overwhelmed with ideas. "Why not share our trinkets with world. BKC will be known all over the land" said my youngest girl. I'm thinking to myself that they were beginning to take this a little to far. I then said to them if your serious your going to have to show me. The very next day they went outside and started sharing their trinkets with the kids at the park. Over the course of a week, all the girls in the neighborhood were representing BKC.

"I know, I know mommy", "What do you know baby" I said. "We can call our shop. By Kids Crafts, The One Stop $ Shop." "By Kids Crafts, The One Stop $ Shop." I said. That's great. This is when I began to realize that my babies are serious about there business.

Everyday after school they would come home and make trinkets. "This is so amazing" I said to them. My little entrepreneurs. I began to tell them, "if your going to have your own business your going to have to show it. I ordered some business cards form VISTA Print, its was so nice, the way they everything is laid out for you to choose your very own unique style and color. You can even use VISTA Print services for your very on logo too. The kids began to cheer so loud, I can't wait. I can't wait.


After a couple of days, the business cards arrived. As I began to show the girls the cards, I told them I had even more news. "I created By Kids Crafts a website. http://www.bykidscrafts.com." "BKC is going to be popular." Said my oldest daughter.

By Kids Crafts is on the rise.

Long Week

Good morning Readers,

This has most definitely been a long drained out week for all of us. But we can finally say TGIF. 

Just want to take a min to touch on Thursdays top pick. Fog Fog Fog. As I drove in to work I could barley see the tail lights in front of me. Thanking the lord for allowing those that did make it to their destination safely. 

In Texas 140 car pile up do to fog. I can't believe this but it's true. Check out the story below.

James Holmes unable to attend court, all of a sudden condition.

I have no comment on this. I understand the way the law works, but come on now some people shouldn't even get a chance to be proven guilty. There is nothing that Mr. Holmes nor his lawyers can say to justify, why Mr. Holmes went on a shooting rampage.

Lord, I ask if you could help those who can not help themselves.

Where to begin? Hurricane Sandy

One thing we can not control is dear old Mother Nature. The East Coast has suffered so much in the past couple of weeks, fighting with Hurricane Sandy. They have suffered a terrible tragedy, but with the power of the good lord the East Coast will slowly, but for surely become what it once use to be.

I have a friend that lives in New York, as I spoke with her on the day of the hurricane, her description of the hurricane was, "It sounds like the ocean is slamming against my home", is what she said too me. I couldn't believe the things I was hearing. My heart goes out to the entire East Coast, everyone who suffered from Hurricane Sandy.

Shout out to our President Mr. Barack Obama, he will be on the East Coast today to began the plan for clean up and restoration for these families.

How Could You

Sooo, you stabbed the kids to death, because you were mad at your husband.

  What kind of mess is this. Not only did you kill your 7yr old son, but you killed the 5yr old girl you were babysitting too.

Excuse me but, I just have to say this. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. In my opinion I do not believe this lady is crazy, I believe she acted out of anger and was in a dying need of attention from her husband. Having the kids kneel down and pray as you stabbed them to death, and hearing them beg for their lives. Excuse my french but, you need to be put under the jail.

      This is something you have to live with for the rest of your life, and I pray that you find god within yourself and try to ask for his forgiveness. When you close your eyes at night, laying in that cold jail house do you see the smile of your baby boy?, Can you hear him saying I love you mommy? My heart is just torn.

Thought of the Day: Never let a man push you to the limit, that you have to kill for attention. You should just leave.

I'm not the one to judge, but come on lady that was not cause for at all. And I do mean at all. I understand how important it is to vote, especially in today's day and age. But running another individual over because he chose not to vote, is just out right ridiculous. I'm curious to know, during that time did you for once stop to think about both of you guy's unborn child.
